new on mfp and need to "slow cut"

Im fabian 18 from indonesia. I went from 105 kg to 66 kg and did slow bulking and now i weigh 72 kg. I want to cut down to 68 kg. I havent check my body fat percentage recently but last time when i was 66 kg its about 12% (maybe now around 14-15ish). Currently on IF with leangains protocol. I need some motivation and advice from all fitness/bb enthusiasts from all over the globe so thats why i decided to join mfp. I hope we can share anything about some experiences in bodybuilding, experiences, diets, lifestyles , etc. Cheers :'))

    TBH mate, unless you are REALLY short, I'd be slow bulking and taking advantage of raging teenage testosterone while you can :smile:
