How do you know if you are keto-adapted?

I am new to this ketogenic diet. I am trying it for the past 4 weeks. So far, I lost 10 pounds. I have being on ketosis since 3 weeks ago. I would like to know, how do you know if you are ketoadapted? And once you are, how do you know you got kicked out of it?

    Ketone blood strips showing BHB (beta-hydroxybutyrate) levels of more than 0.5mM. Ketone urine strips are not accurate.
