Day 3!

I completed Day 3 this morning. I noticed I wasn't pushing as hard as I could yesterday so I corrected that today and it felt great. I found this one a little more easy. Or rather I could sort of keep up with most of the moves rather than just a few.

    Kudos on finishing day 3! I felt it a different type of tough from yesterdays and I also worked on improving my form. I was exhausted by the end of it and decided that I hate Globe Jumps :explode: . I´m looking forward to getting better and being able to take less extra breaks. :glasses:

    That's great, good for you! I find that the workouts don't necessarily get easier, but I'm able to push harder and keep up better as time goes by.

    And @littlecely, I hate globe jumps, too. :tongue:
  • Congratulations on pushing through! I have found, that for myself, it gets more difficult as the week goes on & my muscles settle into a constant state of dull soreness.. Love The Burn though ;) ..

    P.S. I feel a bit embarrassed by this but I cant do & don't know if I could Ever do a proper Power Jump. How in the world do you get your knees even higher up once your feet have already left the ground?! The Human Body is Absolutely Amazing!

    Yes! Power jumps are exhausting. I find the best way is to do like 5 with little skips in between and then take a break for 3 seconds. Also, I never thought I would say push ups were the least challenging part of a workout!!! Definitely need to work on my v push up form tho.
    Its so hard, but loving insanity so far

    It's amazing the difference you can feel after just 3 days. If I would have just pushed a little harder in the past instead of being so intimidated y the first day!!! Good job everyone!!! Rest up, stretch those muscles and on to Day 4!!!

    P.S. Yes, Globe Jumps SUCK!!!

    Day 3 in the books... OMG... Those tricep exercises killed me tho... Definitely have to improve!!! But I pushed thru it to the best of my capability!!!

    And that's all you can do! By the end, you'll be doing those tricep exercises like a pro! :happy:

    I agree, however, that those are tough.
