Ketosis help

Can someone take a look at my diary and tell me if I am eating the right proportions for ketosis??! The first week I was getting moderate levels on my ketostix and now nothing!!!

    Hey there,
    I have a few ideas for you. Firstly most keto books recommend you go 5-8% carb a day or about 25g of carb a day. Right now you have set your carb limit at 125g, which is actually a moderate to high amount of carbs for Keto. So there will be a lot of tweaking with the food goals setting. You can set it to 5-10% and it will work out the grams you need.
    The ratios are about 10% cabr, 25% protein, 65% fat. Or a small variation of that. Some people can go from 60% to 85% but higher than that and they risk not eating enough protein.

    I don't know how to change the food settings. I have only been eating around 20 g of carbs a day.

    Try this. Go to the "FOOD" tab, next to MY HOME, Then click "Settings" on the lower tab. Then "Change goals". Tell me how you went :)

    Greetings,

    I just looked through your food diary, and I know its hard to post everything, but there are some days you just have a breakfast. I myself and having a hard time getting enough calories and I am eating bacon. But I saw cookies and things that shot you up over 100 carbs and at least for me there is no way I would be in ketosis.

    I have ketostix and am currently in the purple zone. I am in induction and basically only eating meat, eggs and cheese with a little broc.
