    Apparently I am losing my train of thought. I could of sworn I had done the 18th and 19th but hadn't...I've been off all week. I posted under each day. Maybe cos mother nature came a knocking...who knows but up to date now

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, best of my ability to figure since no stats @ monthly Mexican place
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, I did

    Challenges: Yes x2 Walked 106 minutes My sugar goal is 45, work out upped it to 65, ATE 18 (tried to be especially careful today since knew dinner was a crapshoot)

    Today was pretty easy. Taking a break and only doing 20 minutes of exercise yesterday really helped me heal (my butt hurt much less today :blushing: ) And yesterday and today, I took the stairs in the parking deck - I should do it every day.

    VERY long day at work so I wanted to come home and chill! Hubby took me out to dinner made good choices there! Plus instead of snacking afterwards I jumped on the treadmill! Even though tonight was hard it was successful, yay!
