Apparently I am losing my train of thought. I could of sworn I had done the 18th and 19th but hadn't...I've been off all week. I posted under each day. Maybe cos mother nature came a knocking...who knows but up to date now0 -

Today was pretty easy. Taking a break and only doing 20 minutes of exercise yesterday really helped me heal (my butt hurt much less today :blushing: ) And yesterday and today, I took the stairs in the parking deck - I should do it every day.0 -
