How are you all logging your C25K workouts into MFP? Or are you using a secondary app? What works best for the intervals?

Thanks!!!

There are a number of different ways to do it.

Some people log their walking and running sessions separately.
That always felt like too much work to me, so I'd just log the time it took and average speed.
Some have heart monitors and use that to enter calories burned into MFP.

I used the RunDouble C25k app. It gives a calorie burn estimate that syncs with mfp.

I used Runkeeper, now I use Runkeeper and Endomondo alongside one another. Both of them have the option to sync with MFP.

I pretty much let my fitbit figure it out.

If I'm on the treamill, I log time and calories burned (from treadmill) on MFP. If I'm outside, I use time and calories burned from my Garmin watch.

I am a double logger. I add up the running mintes and the walking minutes and log them both.

    Thank you all!

I think I'm going to give the Run Double app that Ceci suggested and see how that goes!
