Today was leg day. 80 minutes on treadmill with gradient 7 then just 20 minutes weights. I don't think I will be able to walk tomorrow...

Today I spent three hours chasing around after my three year old at a birthday party, then washed the car. Can't really log that but I know I have been way more active than most Sundays so that is a good thing.

Hi I'm Karen and thought I'd join in for extra motivation.

This morning I took the kids to the park and walked three laps around the football pitch while they played, so about a 1.5 mile walk altogether. This afternoon I spent an hour weeding my raised beds and started double digging a new one ready for planting soon. I should imagine the digging will take the majority of my free time this week. So today I added 25 minutes slow walking and 30 mins of gardening as exercise to cover the heavy digging.

Up at 6.30 this morning, 60 minutes of household chores. Spin and body pump class for 75 minutes. Cleared the shed and did the tip run. 40 minutes of carrying logs. 45 minute brisk walk with my teenage son followed by an unexpected (but fantastic!) 10 minute run home. A great day.......

already posted this in the 6am fitness buddies, but what the hell...

    Stronglifts 5x5 this morning

    Squats 60kg
    Deadlifts 60kg

and I am stalling on the OHP - managed a few reps with the 30kg and then de-loaded to 27.5kg, gonna have to increase my rep-range before I move up again, a bit frustrating to say the least :grumble:

Then I practised my negative chin-ups, band assisted pull ups and hangs and did a load of push ups....
