You are your own gym and cardio

Hi everyone

I am going to try You are your own gym soon. I haven't read the book yet but just wondering about the schedule. I know you do You are Your Own Gym 3 days/week. Can I do extra cardio on those days? And also do some cardio on the days that I don't do it? I have a lot of fat I am trying to lose.

Any suggestions would be great!
