I thought my weight loss was ending in January, the natural amount I was eating was increasing, more plateaus, the doctor said we lose about 80% with surgery... Then got a second breath and increased exercise and was more carful with food types and calories (this food tracker is a godsend).
So now it's dropping off again and I am amazed. I've decided to lose 100% of my excess weight. I am 17.2 pounds away from my normal BMI. The challenge will be to stay there....

DeniseMarie and KatJohn, I can't recall if we've met, but I'm sure I've seen you here, so very nice to meet you both, as well.
To those who have posted losses this week...way to go! Congratulations and good for you. For those who have not had the week they might have wished, keep your chin up! This is a temporary, and fluctuating, change. As long as we keep our focus on the way we want to live our daily lives the weight loss WILL happen.

3/24/14= 237 down .2 which is not bad for being on vacation at an all inclusive resort in the Dominican.

This is the same I took some time to myself I didn't log for almost a week, I didn't post I didn't do much! Some things I noticed has changed! I am still drinking water without thinking about it, I am eating less at once, I am posting a NSV in a minute, I am healthier physically! I am still worn emotionally but this will pass and I will work it out! I have 5 days off work after tomorrow so I am hoping for some fun healing!
