3/21/14 = 230 (+1.8) Probably because I have been fighting a chest cold for the last week... I'm sure it will drop off by next week.

So missed my goal by 5 lbs, but finally another substantive loss...hoping to keep this trend going for April!!0 -
Congrats to those that made their goals and to those that managed a loss even if it wasn't all you had wished. It is still an improvement and progress toward your goal.
I have one more chance this month, but it isn't looking very hopeful. Way too many parties and events right here at the end of the snowbird season. But they'll fly away home soon, and I can get back to some serious work without so many distractions.0 -

3/10/14= 237.2 down 2.2 - I was down more last week but had too many social events this weekend. I know it will come off again
3/17/14= I will be on vacation this week so will not weigh in. I am going to try to be reasonable on vacation but have to enjoy some things.
3/24/14= 237 down .2 which is not bad for being on vacation at an all inclusive resort in the Dominican.
3/31/14= 233 down 4
I made it...even with the vacation. Not sure if the last part will stay as I have a wicked stomach bug and nothing seems to help.

Total for the month 5.5 pounds. It's really slowed down since my surgery. I have 40 pounds to go. But I'll take those 0.5 pound losses any day. They add up and I'm in for the long haul!

Week 1: 3/07/14 = 297.0 (+2.6) Eating out for business lunch three days this week instead of working out!!! I think most of it is water weight. Will weigh in again tomorrow to check.
Week 2: 3/14/14 = 293.6 (-3.4) Yep it was water weight.
Week 3: 3/21/14 = 293.4 (-0.2) Still... its a loss.
Week 4: 3/28/14 = 296 (+2.4) ugghh!!! +1.6 for the month.Thought it was going to be a good month. Gotta do something different next month.
