So, I was thinking about doing the 30 day squat challenge when I decided to search for a You Tube video on how to do squats correctly. (Though I've done them at the gym and with a personal trainer before.) I found this video that I thought was useful:

And then I found this other video that I thought was cool because you just do squats for 3:30 minutes, and you have someone guiding you along, and I like the music. I didn't actually count how many she does though:

A couple of time I had to stop and rest for a few seconds, but all in all, probably closer to 100 squats (I lost count after 50.) Not bad for my first day
Though when I got to the end of that second video I was too tired to do the burpees, so I just did some yoga stretching and three rounds of doing the plank (for abs), holding for about 15 second each time.0 -
