Question. I need help right here. WTF should I do?

Hey group, I need a strategy. I work EMS and work per diem so I never know month to month what my schedule will be. I work out heavy and eat lots of kcals and protein. I use creatine also. My issue is this: I get home after a 24 or 36 hour shift and work out heavy for 45 mins, the next day I rest like I thought was the best way to build. But in many cases if I rest or work out every other day, I end up going days without touching weights. Should I work out everyday off even if its a 5 day stretch? Or should I heed the rest day and work out twice a day on my home days(A.M back/arms/legs P.M chest/shoulders/core)? I am covering a malingering ****s hours this month so I'm home very few days and there is no working out on the clock. WTF would you do? WTF do I do?
