I had a weekend away from Insanity...

...and now I feel guilty as Hell! Technically, I've only missed one workout but I've not stopped exercising. I've gone to the gym and took part in three classes throughout the weekend and every one of them were seriously intense. I just feel a bit bad that I ditched Insanity. The problem I have is that, well for this weekend away, it felt a little boring. I've just finished my second week.

Reading that situation above, what would you guys do?

I'd just pickup where I left off. It's not like you went binge drinking and didn't workout. If I did 3 classes or heavily exercised i wouldn't likely do insanity as well.

True. I can't help but feel guilty though. It's really weird. I didn't do it before Spinning because I wasn't sure of how intense or difficult it'd be (and it ended up being really intense) and after the other two classes, I was tired.

It doesn't help that I wasn't exactly looking forward to yet another Pure Cardio workout either, which is one of my least favourite ones! xP

Ha, I'm in the same boat. I had a migraine on the weekend, and couldn't manage jumping around. It's still hurting slightly, but I managed to at least do the Cardio Abs this morning (something's better than nothing, right?).

I'm going to pick up where I left off, and go back to the Friday and Saturday workouts I missed.
