Restarting Phase 1

Well I made it though 2 weeks of Phase 1 in Januaryand lost a couple of pounds. Then I went on vacation. Then I let myself do the whole Valentine treats thing...and then it just snowballed and I'm back to where I started.

Soooo I'm doing Phase 1 again for at least a week. I miss a slice of morning toast and a bit of fruit too much to go too long on Phase 1 but it's a good starting point. I don't have a lot of weight to lose but I do want to cut the cravings again and adjust my "food attitude".

Is anyone posting their daily meals? I'd really appreciate seeing what everyone is eating! I know I don't use the MFP template because i don't count calories. I started to do a daily blog of my meals and will probably do that again.

    I'll be doing phase 1 for a week when I return. While I made good choices, two back to back weeks of travel inevitably led to some over doing. I am not home yet, so don't know what, if any I gained, but I did nibble a few things that commonly lead me to have cravings. Best nip that in the bud now.

    Hi my diary is open week 2 phase 1 I lost 2 kg in first week must be water weight but hey its a win so I'm happy, feel free to add :-)

    I weighed myself after my second trip and hadn't gained! I love it!

    I'm still not logging, but am following all the principles of SB phase 2.
    Been focusing on vegetables, and lean proteins, and trying to eat more fish!

    Great news Sabine well w2 p1 is nearly over I slipped on Friday but that's ok, and got great results I've surpassed my goal weight so have now moved the posts :) love sbd love love love :))
