Week 4- whew!

I have been doing C25k since about October and I love it, but it's been stop-start with me, and I repeat weeks, go slow, etc. Today I started week 4 for the 1st time...OMG. I took it slow, but man, it was challenging. I was like, WTH?!?!? during my 5 minute stretches. Then when I was done, wow...the endorphins were flowing and I was reminded why I fell in love with running. Keep the faith, people! The endorphins are the reward....

    Week 4 makes sure that you're slowed down enough for week 5. Stick with it!

    Did W4 D2 today. No endorphins here. Only thing I felt was my lungs wanting to explode :noway:
    If I went any slower, I'd be going backwards.

    Running slow is about form. Keep your cadence up, stand up straight. I can run a 20+ minute mile if I need to.
