I have been having difficulty with my pelvis and walking and being whiney and eating junk. So I am starting week 8 tomorrow and the steps/exercise are going back down a bit because I really need to feel successful...

Water - try to drink at least 64 oz of water a day (8, 8 oz glasses)

15 minutes of intentional exercise everyday

3 servings of veggies every day. Two should be non-starchy veggies (potatoes, corn and carrots are starchy)

Fitbit/pedometer users - 3,000 steps a day.
