It's that time of the week again
I reached my goal!
My week's been pretty good. The weekend not so good. But the net is a solid 3 pound loss.
I'll probably adjust my goal by a few pounds to keep myself in the challenge.

* I'm adjusting my challenge goal weight. I'm not losing as fast as I used to. Gotta adjust my intake and exercise as well.0 -
I also lost three this week, but unlike Shmu's routine loss, this is big news for me. I hope it's not just dehydration. I did put in some pretty good workouts with 6+ miles runs and a bit more effort on the weight training. I am starting to feel like a loafer if my workout is less than 1000 calories--I must say that as I lose my energy level continues to rise and I feel good at the gym. Yesterday I think I should have won the award for the sweatiest person at the YMCA.
Anyway, feeling good today as I achieved a NSV inchstone of passing the 50 pound loss marker and I got to orange level on the challenge roster. Despite all the good news I can't sit on my laurels and eat those Girl Scout Cookies that many of you have heard me whine about (they haunt me!). Gotta keep going.
The few log in's I've seen this morning look darn good, my good loss appears to be average. I hope everyone is finding new ways to stay motivated.

I did have some days where I didn't log every single thing and it came back to bite me. It's just so frustrating that I have to be totally on point or I won't lose.0 -
Welp.... since I started this challenge, net weight gain is 1lb. I think that it could be so much worse (as I started getting too comfortable with Holiday eating) weren't it for being in this challenge.

I'm not too surprised I didn't lose anything this week even though I was good on calories in/out. With 2 lbs. down last week and the week before, I was due for a week or two of no change. Wow, only 36 days left! I'll have to kick it up a bit if I'm going to surpass my goal!!!

I agree. I hope whatever comments irritated you can roll off your back. If you fell out of the wagon, just get back in. Besides, if it makes you feel any better, most of my loss this week was evidently water, I'm back up and will be lucky not to be where I was two weeks ago. It happens to us all. Losing while in the enviable green BMI zone is VERY challenging so your progress ought to be very slow from here on.0 -
