Change It Up!

Hey MFP! I like to change up my strength training exercises about every 4 weeks. I am in desperate need some for new upper body exercises that I can add to my circuit. Any new and fun exercises for arms, back, chest, shoulders- I am open to try! :-) Tell me your favorite exercises for working your upper body! Thanks!

    I am a beginner and am currently doing whatever the program I use at the gym tells me to do, lol. Which involves using the machines of Incline Chest Press, Bicep Arm Curls, Seated Row, Lat Pull Down, Tricep Pull Downs with the Straight Bar & V-Bar, Arm Rows, Front Deltoid Raises, Back Extensions, etc. The program doesn't always give me the exact same machines each time, except for Incline Chest Press, Bicep Arm Curls, Seated Row, Back Extensions, and Tricep Pull Downs with the Straight Bar or V-Bar. The rest have switched around.

    What sort of moves are you already doing and are tired of?
