I just wanted to know how many mg tablet did you guys started taking initially. My doctor has prescribed me 2 tablets 500mg.
Just wanted to know is that the minimum dosage or did any one of you had 1 tablet of 500 mg per day as a beginner?

    I wish I remembered what dose I was on when I tried it.
    I just responded to another post that you also commented on.
    After two months, I was taken off it because I wasn't seeing any results.

    I have been on 500 mg, 3 times a day since I started taking it.
