Dumb Question

Hi everyone!
I am going to start the Body By You program next week. A lot of the exercises require a table, chair, etc. that is knee height or hip height. I looked in our basement where I'll be doing the workouts and everything that I thought would work are a few inches too short. (I'm tall for a women.) I know it sounds dumb but if it's a little too short does it make a big difference?
Thanks!

If it is too short, the exercise will just be harder.
The one you will have to be careful with are the tables for pulling yourself up: if those are too short, you won't get full extension in your down position.
I invested in suspension straps to overcome exactly this issue (our table and desk are glass, not suitable for pulling on). I bought the WOSS brand for a fraction of the price of the original TRX.0 -
I don't have a suitable table, so I went to the hardware store and bought a dowel, which I stick between two chairs for the let-me-ups. Works great! I'm still looking for a good solution for dips, though.0
