Well, I remembered to take a change of clothes and my running shoes with me this morning, but forgot two things ... Gloves (cold!!) and more importantly, to charge my darn phone!! It died with 13 minutes left. On the upside, W2D2 felt great and I think I was on track to go my best distance so far. I finished by guessing internals and alternated 2 min running/2 min walking with my nondigital watch. On the downside, when I charged my phone, it shows no workout for today ... As if I never did W2D2 on the app. Since I am Type A, that drives me craaaaaaazy!! Oh, well, lesson learned. Need a fully charged phone.

My phone barely made it through my workout yesterday too.I was worried about it dying and not getting credit for my workout too.yay for finishing without your phone!!0

Well done everyone despite phone glitches et al. As today's a rest between runs I did some interval training on the bike in the gym - am still not feeling very motivated with my cross-training but I suppose 20 mins is better than none. Last day of w4 tomorrow!0

ive done w3d3 today.i found it very hard today, but kept going and competed a PB. breaking 3k.
I will however be repeating w3 at least another twice so my sister can catch up. Shes missed all three this week.0 -
Non-running day for me today, so I have done a low-key Pilates class this morning, and plan on a high-energy Pilates class after work.0
