I finished week 6 this morning! 25 minutes+ from here on out. I'm going to have to try to pick up some speed so that I'll be able to hang with my sister for our 5k at the end of April. We're almost finished, guys!

Sorry I didn't get the thread going yesterday. I felt really rough. I was glad it was not a running day. But I feel better today and did week 6 day 2 this morning. I kept walking at the end to finish out the 5k. My next run is 25 minutes. I'm working on getting my head right for it already. Have a great day!

Happy Sunday. I'm back! Week 6, Day 2 done. OK - so its only been 3-4 days, but feels like a very long time. Week 5 Day 3 = DONE! It was a 20 minute run and if I didn't report here every day I would not have made it! Thanks for keeping me accountable!

Week 5 day 2 is done! It was two 8 minute runs and I did a lot better about not looking at the timer. I was impressed with how well I did considering that I struggled with the 1.5 minute runs the first week. I'm confident that I'll be able to do the 20 minutes on Friday!
