Checking in just to get the daily thread going. I won't be working out today, but I have a 6 hour wedding photo shoot so I will burn my share of calories today! Hope you all have a great day!

Off day for me, guess slow running day for everyone else today as well. Hoping to get out tomorrow after work, will be week 8 day 3 (30 minutes run)

Woo Hoo!!!!!!! finally ran 20minutes. My week 7, day 1 is the 20 minute run in my app (actually it is a 14week app for 10k).
As per my previous posts I am working on shifting my thinking from -- oh my god I can't possibly do this, to, I can do this I just have to work out how.
All feels good..... It helps me to to be somewhat obsessive about the goal, so I am reading, listening to, talking and thinking about all things related to running, exercising, losing weight, getting toned, lifting weights etc etc etc.
Helps to have this Message Board too.
