I just did week 6 day 1. I felt like I was in slow motion the whole time!

were on hold this week, so went of for a conficence buiding run, 3.3k in 24mins. still think im miles away from a5k without stopping.0

Struggled through Week 6 Day 2, and felt slow and sore. I felt a little discombobulated with the time, because I thought I heard the voice telling me to run, so I did, then another voice told me to run. So I was confused!
Oh well, Week 6 almost done.

April, I think that 3.3 is good. I take over 40mins to do 4km ( and this is with 20min run).

Good going guys:flowerforyou: ....I do think with practice and self confidence, things will get easier, faster & probably look a lot better, lol
I have not done my "now go RUN" on my app, been windy and dust blowing lately...also am in no rush, lol. Thinking either Friday or Saturday I'll get my act in gear, Am really not sure I'll get the mileage in before the legs & lungs give out but going to make a stab at it, lol0
