First and last places you saw improvement

For some reason I am seeing a great improvement in my biceps, back, chest, and that spot between your ribcage and waist. I haven't seen much improvement in my waist, hips, or the triceps - probably my most needed spots :ohwell:
Did you eventually see improvements everywhere?

After finishing stage 1, all my inch changes were mostly upper body. Although nothing in hips for changes, my pants feel so much tighter in the butt, I'm guessing my butt is lifting not getting bigger (I hope). I posted any changes I had recently on a board.0
