Just joined the group and i'm on the hunt for some british, bringe-eating pals so that we can support each other :)

(No offence to the rest of you from all over the globe, it's just nice to have people in the same time zone + eating the same brands of foods etc etc etc.)

    I live in South Wales and am on the look out for like minded friends.
    My binges seem to be when I feel I "deserve" it........................like chips or Ben & Jerrys, I disgust myself at times and have put on almost all of the 30 pounds I lost over the last few years.
    My worst times are eating in bed and when watching tv.
    Help!

    Hi,

    I'm in the UK too (Newcastle) and I find the only way I can control my BED is to have my other half do the food shop and to not stray from my healthy eating.. a 'cheat meal' or 'cheat day' easily becomes a 'cheat month' for me! x
