Dumpster Diving Makes Me Binge

Alright, here is a post thats going to be pretty interesting. So I dumpster dive, and I usually get good healthy stuff. If I see bags of chips or junk food I don't take it. However last night I got about 35-40 little greek yogurts, the flavored ones. Chobani, Inspirations, ones with M&Ms on top, basically every brand of greek yogurt you can think of. You would think that these would be a healthy snack, and help soothe cravings because they are sweet. However I had about 12 last night. I want to just enjoy how they taste, have one for dessert, and be done with it. But after dinner I find myself going back to the fridge to get more. Any tricks or tips?

I wish I could post a picture, its pretty impressive how many I got. However it wouldn't be the first time, this country is so wasteful.
