4:30 am went to the gym. 20 minutes of high intensity sprint intervals on treadmill. 30 minutes of lifting weights. Legs and core work today.0

Supreme 90 Challenge, Day 46 - It was a warm up, Ultimate Ball Workout, and cool down. I LOVE THESE WORKOUTS!0

I joined a gym today but could only use the pool as not had my induction yet. The pool is fairly small ... a bit like swimming in a puddle, but I had it all to myself..blisss :-)0

Ran 4.25 miles, but "time-trialed" a 5K in an effort to get faster.0

I wish I could go workout. Been sick for 6 days. I even had to cancel personal training. :frown:0
