Did I foget to Mention the Rules of the 40/40 Challenge

Hi group well I guess I should provide the rules before the challenge start!! Don't worry it's simple.

1. On or before March 9, 2014 post a beginning full body shot,

2. On a daily basis post what exercise you participated in for at least 40 minutes on that day (cleaning, dancing, walking, playing with kids, etc.)

3. Keep track of your progess updating your food choices and weight on a daily and weekly basis. (Don't worry if you set your privacy and sharing settings up properly noone in the group will be able to see what your eating or if you've lost or gained weight.

4. On or before March 23rdth and April 6th post updated full body shots.

5, April 20th will end our 40 Day/40 Minute Exercise Challenge and on this day you will post a final full body shot. Based on consistancy and overall prograss someone will win a $50 Gift Card to TJ MAXX... Yes just in time for Easter!!
