So.... this may be a silly/dumb question but for those of you who workout twice a day, are yall also moisturizing twice a day too ? I only ask because for one, i HATE sweating out body creams/shea butter (i dont use lotion) because i just dont like the feel of it while sweating. And for two, i HATE feeling like im wasting a product. However...i'm in a relationship (you know....smooth skin is plus), and i just cant deal with the whole dry skin/winter situation going on. What are your thoughts on this ? Or what do yall do ?

I have horribly dry skin in the winter. I've taken to either mixing a bit of baby oil with my lotion OR applying baby oil to my wet sking right out of the shower, then air dry. Simply using lotion does't work for me- I'd be flaking by lunch.
After a few weeks of this, I noticed that on days that I skip moisturizing (the occassional lazy Sunday where I don't get dressed), my skin isn't nearly as dry as it used to be.

With regard to working out, I generally workout in the evening, so reapplying moisturizers isn't an issue. I can simply shower after my workout and skip the reapplication.

    Hopefully that helps!

personally, i would not moisturise twice a day as the skin should be able to keep some moisture even after one shower.

im wondering what you girls do in the summer. i HATE moisturising in the summer because as soon as i get out of the shower im hot and when i move too much (moisturise) i start sweating and then im rubbing a lotion-sweat mix into my skin which is kinda gross..

so, do you moisturise and how often?

    thanks :)
