Another workout crossed off, again this one was so much easier than last week but perhaps a little boring. I am glad recovery is the shortest one!! Only 2 more workouts until the end of week 2 guys...keep pressing play

Done!!!!
I paused it during the 1st set of slow squats and did the full 65 needed for my squat challenge.... big mistake!!! My legs were on FIRE!! :-D
Week 2 is almost down and we're still HERE!!

I was kind of tempted to skip this and just go to the gym. I mean, I know I need the rest, but I'm not getting sore like I was the first week and that worries me that I'm not working hard enough?
Though the pulsing squats are legit!
Do you guys get in an extra workout on the recovery day?0 -
Completed cardio recovery. Still struggling with holding the positions for so long and having troubles telling if I'm improving. My legs we're pretty tired today though (I have been running on my lunch breaks so I think this is part of the reason). When I'm done work tonight I might do a few of the move again just to see where my endurance is at.0

The squats killed!! In the back of my mind I was dreading this workout all week but couldn't really remember why and now I know.. Omg my quads are killing! Def got jelly legs at the moment. I think I prefer the cardio days even though they make me tired I get a real buzz off of them, today was a killer.

Since yesterday was my Sunday, did Plyo today. I hate squats with a passion... and going to bed at 1 am was... not smart but worth it! But I did my best. Don't forget this coming Monday is the Fit Test!0
