My parents are out of town for the week and I'm doing the chores at their farm. Instead of driving there, this challenge motivated me to walk instead, just to add another mile to my ticker! It was darn cold... even wearing my cold weather under armour and carhartt and snowpants my face skin was numb when I got there! But I like seeing those numbers add up so I tried to stay focused on that!

March and the whole in like a lion has me starting out the month sick. Wasn't very productive this weekend, but meds seem to be making some improvement and I have a date to walk on Wednesday morning. Here's the progress so far:
March 1: 1.63 miles
March 2: 1.84 miles
March 3: 2.45 miles

how did you get your numbers on your ticker? it says your goal is 430 steps but thats not a mile..i was just wondering. thanks :-)
I enter my 500,000 steps as my goal but on the ticker I only enter two digits. I walk 15,000 steps daily and enter as 15. Hope this makes sense.0 -
