I'm really into weight lifting.. So if anyone has any questions on anything regarding that don't hesitate! My problem area was always abs, I could never really get a good ab workout going. Then I found this gem and I swear to you within a week I was seeing results

I also incorporated woodchoppers

I eventually added more and intensified my ab workouts but this definitely strengthened my core enough to have a starting point. have pics on my Instagram (cortycrazy) and boy I sure do miss those bad boys!

Weight lifting can help incontinence right? I have two dumbbells. What lifts do you recommend for strengthening those pelvic muscles?0

I've found a few good workouts on Hulu. There is a 15 minute one called The Firm; the 15 minutes is an excerpt from a longer workout that is called 500 calorie burner. It is quick and intense which is what I need. I log it as Aerobic/general and burned over 100 calories.0
