What is your favorite workout?

Ok, I have a question. When it comes to workouts what do you find more pleasure in doing? Is it cardio? Is it strength training? Is it more for peace in something like yoga? If it's strength training, what is your favorite body part?

I love strength training! I never saw really good results until I added in weights. My favorite body part to work out is my shoulders. They still need a lot of work :)

    For me, each different kind of workout can be a favorite at the right time. Like going for a nice 4-5 mile run on a sunny cool morning can be a great stress reliever. Then there are days when I want to push hard. Really go, go, go. That is where an INSANITY workout or 100 burpees fits the bill. Then I have those days where I'm not very enthusiastic, or already fatigued and a P90X3 hits just right for the small amount of time spent. When I was doing Crossfit, some of those 20 minute WOD's were great.

    I'm just now getting back into working out and I like Zumba or something fast paced with music. Even if I'm struggling to keep up. I did hip hop abs tonight and that was good and fast.
