So I haven't posted a lot this month but that doesn't mean I haven't been moving! I've been doing a lot of high intensity interval training the latter half of this month to work on my strength and speed so I'm not sure how to calculate those kilometers since I do a lot of running on the spot and such between exercises. I end up doing almost an hour of exercise so I don't want to miss out on the "distance" since I am still exercising. What do the rest of you do if doing aerobics or other types of exercise that aren't distance based - do you count them, have a default distance? For now I will leave them out.

I am doing the happy dance. Got to ride my bicycle outside! But I have not ridden since 03/13, and took a vacation, so my legs were slightly out of shape. But I got out, did some hills and I hope that the rain holds off long enough to get some conditioning in. Nice way to end the month. And I love bonus miles.
