    That's it for me for the month. Going to be travelling the next couple of days but will join up for April... Hoping for better weather and greater distance covered.

    Bonus miles! We love bonus miles. I forgot my Garmin when I went to walk the dogs today so I turned on the Runkeeper app on my phone instead. Only problem is I forgot to turn it off and now my phone is dead. Good thing I have multiple gadgets - fitbit was still counting my steps LOL.

    MThis is my last report from Dunedin, FL. Hit the Rec Center and rode one of their bikes for 7.0 miles this afternoon. March total = 65.5. We're planning to use motel exercise bikes for the next two evenings as we drive back to western Michigan. [Hoping the two Michigam teams win in the NCAA tournament tonight, but not real confident!]

    Celebrated my birthday by doing 3 miles after a wonderful massage. I actually ended up running a mile straight, which is big for me since I've slacked off on it, then doing two more runs in there for another half mile or so. I think the massage beforehand helps a lot :laugh: And since I'm kind of ODing on carbs today, this helps my conscience.

    Here are my total miles for the last 10 days. Vacation was great, terrific sunny weather. Now come home to NW Oregon where it is just plain down pouring and my yard is flooding. Nice :sad: :cry: :sad: :cry:

    03/21 - 3.0 miles walking

    03/22 - 6.0 miles walking (Moody Blues concert and beach walk)
    03/23 - 7.0 miles walking
    03/24 - 4.0 miles walking
    03/25 - 5.0 miles walking
    03/26 - 5.0 miles walking
    03/27 - 3.0 miles walking
    03/28 - 1.0 miles walking

    Total: 155.5 miles

    Dave or whoever updates the spread sheet. I will save you some time, the total walking miles from 03/19-03/28 are 38.5 miles. so that should get me up to 155.5 miles

    Lol, gotta love gadgets! I'm a giant dork who runs down the street tapping my fitbit zip to wake it and holding my iphone to it to sync, because clearly that's necessary. While my Runkeeper is going. LOL.

    Adding another 15 miles. Did my FTP test this morning. 50 minutes into it my legs went to rubber and with 2 minutes to go I was struggling not to puke. However, I did manage to improve my FTP by one from 172 to 173. That cold earlier this week took more out of me than I thought.

    Up to 398 miles. I just couldn't keep going to put in the extra two miles. I'll get it tomorrow. :wink: :wink:
