Congratulations! Getting the first half marathon under your belt is quite an accomplishment! (by chance, are you in Portland, because if you are ... not only is it a half marathon, but it's a half marathon with a killer hill in the middle! I have done a similar route, but the opposite way, so going up the back side of the hill and down into downtown). Take some rest time, but not too much rest time (that's always been my problem). Anyway - great job!0 -
