    Another 6.53 miles, including 0.7 miles swum and 1 mile run today. I'm thinking I need to get training properly for this sprint triathlon in May that I signed up for in a moment of madness!

    2.4 miles walking before and after race (totally counting it today) and 13.1 mile run...yeah! First half marathon completed!
    I think that'll put me back in the green :)

    Congratulations! Getting the first half marathon under your belt is quite an accomplishment! (by chance, are you in Portland, because if you are ... not only is it a half marathon, but it's a half marathon with a killer hill in the middle! I have done a similar route, but the opposite way, so going up the back side of the hill and down into downtown). Take some rest time, but not too much rest time (that's always been my problem). Anyway - great job!
