    Another beautiful day today. It was actually too hot for the pup at 2:00 this afternoon. We took him back to the school at 6:30. It was perfect, and he had a ball!

    Chris - I don't think I've heard the terms weather and too hot mentioned in the same sentence here in awhile. :bigsmile: :bigsmile: It's supposed to be 39 and raining today. I'm glad it's a weight training day and no riding. :laugh: :laugh:

    Just over 50 miles on the bike on Saturday. I also helped out at a local middle school duathlon. It was run 1/4 mi, ride 1/2 mi, run 1/4 mi. I did it twice with the kids. We all had a blast! It is great to see local schools encouraging kids to get out and get active! (The school has about 2 dozen bikes with helmets, etc!)

    Maybe I'll have time to catch up to all the posts I've missed later. Busy, busy, busy!

    Could spring be getting closer to arriving in NH ??? Well it's March, so I really hope so . . .

    Goal for March: 100 miles

    Mar. 2nd: 2.5 miles (Stationary Bike)
    Mar. 2nd: .75 miles (Swimming)
    Mar. 3rd: 12 miles (Spin)
    Mar. 6th: 15 miles (Spin)
    Mar. 7th: 12 miles (Spin)
    Mar. 10th: 12 miles (Spin)
    Mar. 11th: 1 mile (Running - Drills)
    Mar. 13th: 15 miles (Spin)
    Mar. 14th: .75 miles (Swimming)
    Mar. 14th: 3 miles (Stationary Bike)
    Mar. 16th: 4.5 miles (Running)

    Total (*so far): 78.5 miles

    Ok, I'm going to have to step up some bike rides (snowing right now...grrr) and back off on the exercise classes if I'm going to reach my goal this month!!! I'm running a bit behind!

    RENEBERRY - People do it both ways....whatever works best for you! :) "Bonus miles" make me push harder for some silly reason.
