    Got out in the cold, windy drizzle for 2.74 miles this afternoon. I was only going to walk long enough for the dog to do her thing, but once I got out there, I figured I'd keep going for a while.

    All of my March running miles have been on the treadmill. That makes me want to bang my head on the coffee table. Still, treadmill running is better than no running and eventually spring has to come even to Minnesota (even though it was -18F when I drove to work this morning and it was snowing on the drive home).

    Off to a good start so far, and headed out to sunny Florida tomorrow. I'm bringing my running gear and looking forward to running outside instead of on the dreadmill or indoor track. Hope to rack up some mileage next week but probably won't log any of it here until I return.

    Now I've done it. I've caught the kids cold. Looks like I'll be down for a couple of days. I would love to have a month where I wasn't playing catch up on my miles. Guess it's not in the cards for this month.

    I managed to go for a mile without feeling like dying. My leg seemed to feel better too. Maybe running will push the sickness out...?:huh:

    A little running and a little walking. Weight training is slowing down my running and time keeps me from walking more.
