Squats Challenge for March

Hello guys, It has been long time I have not posted anything in the group. I am thinking to start one month squats challenge. It will start with 50 squats per day and by the month end we will be doing over 200 squats in one day.

People with strong commitment and will power are needed. Legs will get stronger as a result. Please let me know who wants to take part in this challenge. I will post daily thread for the challenge. COME ON!!!

    Yes but when I did it last year I reached to 180 squats. It is not that difficult once you start doing it.

    Not a bad start! Tomorrow you can do 50 and complete the first day's target

    Good job. I have also done 50 squats for the first day of the month. It takes less than 5 minutes to finish but it raises the heartbeat pretty quickly.
