Friday
For your mind: Make a list of things you love. It can be a list of anything that's important to you. Spend some time looking at that list and think about why you love those things. Try to list some small simple things as well as big ideas. Keep the list in mind throughout your day. It might just help you appreciate the small things.

For your body: This weekend, try to cut back on your sodium intake. Don't add salt to foods, stay away from processed foods like chips, cookies. It's just for this weekend. You can do it!

Saturday
For your mind: Compliment at least one person today. It can be anyone, just make sure it's a nice thing and that you genuinely mean it. Complimenting someone else can elevate your own mood because instead of thinking in terms of negatives, you're thinking about a good thing about someone.

For your body: Continue the challenge from Friday.
