Drinking water can help deter overeating and promote weight loss. Thirst and hunger feelings are interconnected. The body can mistake dehydration for hunger causing one to eat when she is really craving liquid. Drinking water before meals can help reduce the intake of food. Chemical reactions in the body rely on water. Water flushes out byproducts of fat decomposition and helps to dilute the body's waste. When there is not enough water, the kidneys may not work efficiently and the liver has to step in to provide assistance. When this happens, the liver puts fat burning on hold.
This is one thing I have to work on! I need to drink more!

You are right on. Drinking water is a very key to everything. I drink 15-20 ozs a day, if not more. Then I have a water bottle at my bedside at night. If you drink too much Alcohol? Do water, Lots of it. That is the best recovery drink I can think of.0
