I've been resting my upper body on my dining room table (my favorite piece of training equipment, husband's protests to the contrary notwithstanding) and pushing my pelvis forward to get the stretch Katy describes. I can feel it all the way down to my plantar fascia and my terminally tight calves have started to unwind.
