    I have been unsuccessful in last 3 months. In december I lost the challenge on 31st and January challenge I was lost on 30th. I am hoping to win this month

    Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

    1st March is the first day of Autumn here in the Southern Hemisphere. I'm looking forward to cooler weather so I can be more consistent with my exercise, which has been my downfall the last couple of months.

    Remember, ANY MOVEMENT is considered exercise!! Just MOVE and LOSE everyday!! :bigsmile:

    Should have medical clearance for exercise this week! Glad I can count walking and cleaning house as exercise, but cannot wait to have gym workouts to record!

    I exercised, not my usual, but walked laps and climbed stairs with a two year old in my arms

    Tough first day - lunch out with my mum, hung over (:blushing: ) so I had a fully leaded pepsi. But can't go out on the first day so thank goodness for the stationary bike.

    Hi everyone. This is my first message board. I've been using my fitness pal for almost a week, and really like keeping track of my daily food and exercise routine. So far it's working slowly but surely. I hope that the strict guidelines of this group will keep me motivated so I can be in the 'winner's circle' by the end of the month.
