I actually don't know what my current weight is as my scale broke a few weeks ago (my son was jumping on it apparently - sighs) but clothes are looser and measurements decreasing so all is good. I'll get a new one sooner or later.
My personal goal for this month is to do some form of exercise every day - the plan is to do alternate days of yoga and weight training and if weather permits walking.0 -
