    I find that all the time. I don't know why the danger of having to fess up to failing is so motivating, but it and thats cool.

    Had an impromptu afternoon at a local watering hole with my love. Its been a long winter, and he has been so wonderful taking care of me. So nice to be out, enjoying a few beers and apps and his company. No talk of illness, doctor appointments, or medications. Life seems normal again. Over calories, yes. Worth it, Hell yes!

    Completely agree!! There have been more days than I want to admit that the only reason I got my exercise in was because of this challenge!!

    True test for exercise starts tomorrow when I'm back at work.

    I agree with others, there is something VERY motivating to NOT having to fess up i couldn't even fit just 20 minutes into a 24 hour day!

    Today was a really bad day for me. Tomorrow I plan on working out to No More Trouble Zones and completing 200 jumping jacks (100 for Sunday and 100 for Monday). Also my calorie counting will be in check.
