    March 2nd
    Done! Except I did my squats at home, so with no weight...haha. Guess I COULD stop by the gym on the way home from church just to put in those 50 weighted squats??

    completed mine after my run this morning. 1 two minute plank then 25 25 25... then another 2 minute plank and 25 25 25

    I had forgotten about this - so after the run today I have 3 days worth to do....and they say Sunday is a day of rest...sigh...

    Day 2 done but I added 10 reps to each

    60 push-ups
    60 leg lifts
    60 squats
    Then planks. 120 seconds. Then 2 sets of 30 sec each

    Plus a general lifting workout

    Day 2 completed. 2 30sec planks, squats pretty easy, leg lifts no problem but had to do the last 20 push-ups kneeling.

    Also, walked 7 miles to finish out the day.

    Complete! Used 40lb bar for squats, I was afraid to kill someone with that olympic bar lol Maybe I'll use a 50# bar tomorrow.

    Day 3 completed but developed Achilles Tendonitis walking too much for me. Does anyone know how to stop the pain and know some exercises I can do to get some relief!
