I got my *kitten* kicked by resistance bands last night. I was playing around with them for about 2 hours while I was watching tv and this morning I couldnt raise my arms above my head. I am so sore from my rib cage up! Anyone use those? I had no idea that I was hurting myself last night, they didn't give much resistance. But boy this morning and then all day at work I was in trouble. I also want to point out that I jogged a little tonight, mostly speed walked, but there were some sprints of jogging. I think it is something that I could do eventually.
