    Push-ups - 20 20 20 20
    Squats - 30 30 30
    Leg Lifts - 30 30 30
    Planks - 2 for 45 secs
    My quads are killing me. Can't walk down the steps in my house "Normal"
    So, I must be doin something right. lol

    Just did 80 squats again w 45#.. Legs n butt burning!!
