Day 15 Fit Test 2

Hey Guys! I am exhausted but I feel great because I've improved! Here are my fit test results for today compared to Day 1.
I'd love to see how the rest of you have improved as well.
Switch Kicks: 49 ---- 67
Power Jacks: 18 ---- 34
Power Knees: 40 ---- 48
Power Jumps: 16 ---- 17 (i had better form this time around)
Globe Jumps: 6 ---- 6 (also better form)
Suicide Jumps: 10 ---- 12
Push-up Jacks: 28 (knee push ups) ---- 15 (regular push-ups. Still working up to the jack part)
low plank oblique: 20 ---- 20
Some exercises are better than others but I've improved over all so I'm pretty darn proud.
Come on guys we can do it!

I made the mistake of not doing the first fit test
But my results for this one was
Switch Kicks: 60
Power Jacks: 49
Power Knees: 100
Power Jumps:30
Globe Jumps: 9
Suicide Jumps: 17
Push-up Jacks: 7
low plank oblique: 65
I can't tell if I've improved but I am happy with the results and ready for week 30 -

I've had mixed results this week I've improved on some but have gone down on others however my form was good consistently this time whereas last time i did count the ones i did wrong which might be where the differences lie. :-S hope next time I see more improvements overall! Lol the power jumps are embarrassing! Mental

65 LPO's!!! Damn, that is pretty good. Power knees too! going by the numbers, it looks like you struggled lifting your whole body weight, like in the switch kicks and pushup jacks. Maybe you can focus on that for the next two weeks, finding more power that will lift you in those jumps.

I currently feel like I'm about to cry from joy; this morning I weighed myself and I was exactly the same as my lowest weight since August, so I was really frustrated. But this showed me that, even though my scale and clothes sill say the same thing, internally, I am getting better.0 -
I have a question. Low plank obliques: is it like right+left= a rep or is each side one rep? I counted as each side one rep so I hope that's right

From what I understand, one rep is doing it on a side. So if you do it right, then left, that's 2 reps.0
